Recently, I previewed Housing Works‘ annual benefit, Design on a Dime. It’s one of my favorite NYC design events, which helps raise money and awareness for homeless and people living with HIV.
Designers and stores donate their time and resources curating home vignettes for the public to shop. All proceeds go toward Housing Works charitable ventures.
Our favorite vignette was the Soho loft that designer (and The Chew corrrespondent), Evette Rios, and HomeGoods collaborated on. They created Prince William’s and Kate Middleton’s imaginary Soho loft — you’ll notice that they included a crib!
